When you get into religion

When you get into religion how can you tell who is a Muslim or a Christian or any of the many religions out there, how can you tell them apart.

It is like if you were standing in a garage does that make you a car? If you put a car in a church does the church make it a garage for the car? If you put a car in a dog house does that it make that car a dog? Does this mean that every church or religious place of worship make them out to be what they are just because they go there? Like if someone went to a Mormon church does that make them a Mormon? It is saying that if you go to Wal-Mart that you work there and everyone that goes there works there. How can you tell them apart? By what they do! That means if they stock the shelves they work there. If they go and get something and go to the cash register that means they come there to buy something so that means they don’t work there.

So what you do determines who you are not where you go and who you talk too. People are willing to die for what they believe and to kill to preserve the way of life they know. When it comes to religion in a holy war there are no winners and no losers only the dead. To win a war is to be the last one standing. But that does not make you right but the only one left. This is why Jesus only taught love and to teach and preach salvation unto the entire world. For war does not solve anything but death. God has judged because no one would listen to reason and God sent someone to guide them in there sinful ways but would not listen for the ways of the world always got in the way of spiritual things. Worldly things always won out for we live here on earth and all we know is worldly things. When someone comes and tells us of spiritual things we go right and I am king of this world.

So if I am king of this world that makes me out to be Satan our earthly Father because of sin in the garden that Adam and Eve had done. It was all because of them and what they did in the garden is why we are in so much trouble now. If Adam and Eve did not commit any sin in the garden we would still be there taking care of the garden. I mean Adam and Eve we would not of been here. But Adam and Eve did commit sin and there for we are here. Then because of the sin in the garden God send a redeemer to save us from sin and now we have a way back to Heaven where we come from. Here is the Story Of Jesus and what he did for us all.

Jesus (also called Christ which means king or Messiah) was born in Israel 2000 years ago. Modern civilization marks his birth by dividing time B.C. (before Christ) and A.D. (Anno Domini - or the year of our Lord). For his first thirty years, Jesus lived a traditional Jewish life, working as a carpenter. During this time, all of Israel was under Caesar's Roman dictatorship, including Bethlehem, where Jesus was born, and Nazareth, where he was raised.

In his thirties, Jesus began his public teaching and display of recorded miracles, yet still never travelled more than 200 miles from his birthplace. Over a three year period, despite his efforts to keep a low profile, Jesus' reputation spread nationwide. The Roman governors and rulers of Israel's provinces and the leaders of the Jewish people (the religious counsels) took note of him. Jesus' key messages included:

God loves you and is with you

Love one another

Immense value of each person

Good news: kingdom of God has come to earth

Reality of judgment to heaven or hell

God forgives those who ask

Many have asked "Who is Jesus the Christ?" Jesus' most controversial act was that he repeatedly claimed to be God, which was a direct violation of the Jewish law. Therefore the religious leaders asked the Roman government to execute him. In each of several official trials, the Romans found that he was not guilty of breaking any Roman law. Even the Jewish leaders recognized that other than Jesus' claim to be God, Jesus followed the Jewish law perfectly. Still the religious leaders, using the argument of political disfavor, persuaded Pilate, a Roman governor of the Southern province of Israel, to authorize an execution.

Jesus was brutally tortured and then hung by his hands, which were nailed to a horizontal wooden beam (cross). This method of execution restricted the airflow to his lungs, killing him in three hours. However, according to more than 500 witnesses, Jesus returned from the dead three days later, and over the next 40 days journeyed in both the southern and northern provinces of Israel. To many, this was conclusive proof that Jesus' claims to be God were real. Then Jesus returned to Jerusalem, the city where he was recently executed, and according to witnesses, he left the earth alive by rising up into the sky.

As a result of these miraculous events, the number of his followers increased dramatically. Only a few months later in that same city of Jerusalem one record states that some 3000 new followers were added in a single day. The religious leaders responded by trying to stomp out Jesus' followers. Many of these people chose to die rather than deny their belief that Jesus was truly God.

Within 100 years, people throughout the Roman Empire (Asia Minor, Europe) became followers of Jesus. In 325 AD, the following of Jesus, Christianity, became the official religion of the Roman Emperor Constantine. Within 500 years, even Greece's temples of Greek gods were transformed into churches for followers of Jesus. Although some of Jesus' messages and teachings were diluted or miscommunicated through the expansion of a religious institution, Jesus' original words and life still speak loudly for themselves.

Everything we have learned today is because we have a God in Heaven and our Lord loves us because if the God of Heaven did not love us do you think we would be here right now. When the atheists speaks they speak of what they can understand that is on the earth not what is beyond the earth and there understanding. Because of their limited understanding they make an assumption of what they know to be true to them. That is what it is and don’t understand that the earth was fully formed with everything on it with age and everything was living. Even the solar system is formed with age and there for us to see. If the night sky was dark and nothing there for us to see why would we want to look at the sky at all? God put the stars, planets there for us to see and wonder. Like all the stuff we find in the ground. God put it there for us to find. If there was nothing to find why would we dig, explore, or even want to know what is in the ground for us to find if there was nothing there for us to find. There are many things that are unknown to us and God did that to give us something to do or use in our daily lives. The minerals we find and we use for almost everything we use is made up of the ground we stand on. We use the trees, plants, even the water to make the things we use or eat every day in our lives.

To understand God we must understand that we need God and the Holy Spirit in our lives. Once saved we then understand why we are here and many other things about Heaven and even Hell and Satan and who Satan really is. If we only looked at what is here and what we know that we can see feel and touch and hear. We would only know about what is on this earth and the way of life as we know it. We would not even know that God or Jesus or Satan even exists unless we are told of them.

 Now if you did not know about anything that has to do with God, Jesus, Satan or even what an angel is and you was told about a story about God, Satan and then Jesus the one to save the world from Hell and Satan. Would you believe right away? Well it would be a good story but is it all that it is just a story. I guess some people think it is just a story and that is all it is. Now we went through who Jesus was and what he did and why he was here to do what he did. How can you tell if it is just a story or if it is true? I always say if your religion does not change you change your religion. Well in the case is if the end of the story will change you and make you a different person then the story is true. Now if the ending of the story does not change you and never will change you then the story is just a story.

How many movies, books, and even songs that you have seen or read and heard of that are just for entertainment? That is al l they are just for entertainment and that is it. When you get into what God has said and what his followers have taught is because they have been changed by the Holy Spirit from within and what comes out of there month is what is within them. So there teaching is of God himself with in them. They teach what Jesus taught to anyone that would listen. To get them to understand that there is more to life than just to live from day to day doing the things that need to be done just to live.

What we have learned to day is that God is real and God is the creator of all, Jesus is a real person that lived more than 2,000 years ago to teach us how to get back to heaven where we come from. Jesus’s message was for everyone to understand that God is real and because of the sin in the garden we need to repent of our sin. Once we repent of our sin we become one of God’s children and the road to Heaven is within us from then on. To repent from you sin is a free gift from God unto all mankind.

All you have to do is say this prayer of repentance after me

   Prayer of Salivation  (SAY THIS OUT LOUD).

  God, I believe with all my heart and confess with my mouth that Jesus the Christ was buried and has been raised from he dead, I make Jesus Lord of my life right now, and I repent of all sin and turn from it. I open the door of my life and let you in. Jesus you are my lord and I will serve only you. I renounce you Satan. You are no longer my Lord.. In the name of the Father, the Son and Holy Ghost, Amen.

Now you know the difference between just a story and a story that will change you. Everything in life is up to you and the choices that everyone makes. Now you know the difference between Smoking and Non-smoking. MJR
